Zero-Deletion Archival & Explicit `(deprecated)` Policy

In accordance with the Obelisk Non-Destructive Preservation Policy (Point 7), no historical pages are deleted. Instead, legacy or static snapshots are explicitly marked as (deprecated) with a direct link to their canonical Standard ML-generated replacement in generated/ and a technical explanation of why the newer source supersedes them.
